Thank you! This was a wonderful session. I say session because for the last three years I've been going to Team Human when I feel a need for recalibration or inspiration to keep going. And so often it was EXACTLY what I needed to hear in that moment.

Over the years, there has been a remarkable transformation in DR, it is beautiful, and I deeply appreciate and value the courage here to be real. Even more than in the previous iterations, which nurtured my world-view shifts, this one nurtures and nourishes in a 'heart-view' way.

Btw, it has been over these last couple of years that I have started a small sitting group to practice together, connect, and be creative with others, largely inspired by Team Human. So, thank you! (https://www.sittinglab.com)

Why is it always either the person you want it to be or the person you really hope it isn’t?! haha.

What you are talking about is something called embodied wisdom, as someone already mentioned here, and I don’t think it’s the same as “following your bliss”… My body and the wisdom within it has brought me to places that are not at all blissful — and yet, there was learning to be found and healing to be brought forward in just those places.

And yes, it does feel like a privilege, and one that should be taken, to tap into the wisdom of the body in order to not just be guided but also to heal oneself and the wounds within oneself that are connected to the collective/ancestors. But it also takes a lot of courage and determination to begin doing that. It doesn’t just happen for everyone. Especially when receptivity — and the vulnerability that eventually… inevitably? comes with that — is difficult and really fucking scary for a lot of people.

One more thing, your recent podcast with David J was my favorite I’ve heard. It inspired me to dig into some Love and Rockets I’d missed after their 80s heyday and just yesterday I put on Body and Soul on for some Yoga and it was PERFECT. Thank you!

Hi Douglas I recently listened to you on Danny Jones podcast which was very insightful thank you , in the conversation you mentioned wanting to be more now and in the moment, I achieved this by practicing no thought keeping my mind empty for most of the time it is difficult but becomes easier the more you do . Hope this helps

we are most certainly all one / connected.... I was just finishing "The ConscienceLAND Core Doctrine Version 1.0

Constitutional Principles of the Network Civilization "

and read the same/very similar lines in your piece. Something's going on. CircleOfContinuity.com

Wonderful. Have you read about ontopoetics? Freya Mathews coined the term. I think you would like it.

I feel this so completely. And only understand it when looking back at my 50+ years on the planet.

"Throughout my life, and definitely more in my awareness right now, the right opportunities have opened at the right times for me to grow and become alive. And the right challenges have come at precisely the moments I was ready to confront my shadow. There’s a way in which the universe has been perfect to me. It has my back. That doesn’t mean I’ve always recognized it. To the contrary. Any true success I’ve had in this life has occurred in spite of my best efforts to resist it or to make something else happen. I got that loud and clear from this experience."
